1. The service
Ognat is a multi-tenant platform for organisers of dance events. The free tier supports small events with limited features; paid tiers (Standard, Pro) unlock higher quotas and advanced automation. Current pricing is on the /pricing page.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep it current.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Use a strong password and do not share it.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us immediately.
3. Organiser obligations
- You own the content you publish (event descriptions, images, campaigns). You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload.
- You must comply with the GDPR and any marketing consent rules in your jurisdiction when sending campaigns through the Service.
- You must not use the Service for spam, harassment, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
- No attempts to disrupt the Service or bypass rate limits.
- No scraping of organiser data without permission.
- No reverse engineering of the Service or its components.
- No resale of the Service to third parties without our written consent.
5. Fees and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. You can cancel at any time; the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or if continued operation would compromise the security or integrity of the Service. Where reasonable, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.
7. Liability
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive forum for disputes is Berlin, Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction apply.
